Way back in 2000, we started a general contracting company, and for a few years, we bought our signage from a nice local sign company in American Fork, Utah. In 2004 we decided to begin making our own signs and went and bought a 30" Roland printer/cutter, for which we had to give the bank the title to the truck as collateral for the loan. We didn't plan on making it a legitimate business, however. We just wanted to make our own signs for the construction company. After a few weeks of making signs, we decided to incorporate because other contractors and businesses liked what we produced, so we had to make it a real business. We never worked for a real sign company, so we had to learn by trial and error, and Google and YouTube were our best friends.
Now, 19 years later, we have upgraded equipment and are keeping up with the best around.
